Embarkation ladders are built with pure manila A grade rope, on request can be built with Polyprop-("orange") or White PP/PES mix rope as well.
Features:
- Steps have non-skid / anti-slip surface.
- The side ropes of the embarkation ladder consist of two uncovered mildew resistant manila, grade A, ISO1181:2004 ropes not less than 20mm in diameter (63mm circumference) on each side, with no joints and have a breaking strength of at least 24kN per side rope.
- A permanent marking is provided at regular intervals (e.g. 5 meter, with blue splitting distance pieces).
- Steps are secured with PTR’s designed for the purpose seawater resistant aluminum clamping system according to ISO209.
- Two hot dip galvanized thimbles are provided at the top of the ladder (on request Stainless Steel or Polymer).
